Live Louisiana Red Crawfish


Red crawfish have small lobster-like claws and are shipped direct from the brackish waters of the Louisiana Delta. They have a firm texture and a sweet lobster-like flavor, though not as rich. Crawfish is traditionally prepared boiled in a spicy Cajun or a Creole seasoning blend. Its tail meat is often found in Jambalaya, bisque or etoufee. Enjoy some of these southern delights!
