Harvested daily from the waters of the North Atlantic near Massachusetts, all scallops have a succulent sweet texture and are 100% white meat. There are a minimum of 15 Live Scallops per pack, and they are perfect for steaming and broiling. They can also be sauteed, marinated, used in kabobs or just serve them with melted butter. Scallops are high in protein and low in fat. Scallops are an excellent ingredient or addition to any seafood dish.

Shipped in heavy Styrofoam inner boxes with frozen gel packs. Additionally we use a plastic inner liner to reduce possible water leakage and to assist in maintaining a cool temperature. Click here for more information.
