• 1 Cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (sweeter) • 1 TBS lemon juice • 1 large dill pickle, diced • ¼ small onion, diced • 1 large egg, hard boiled and diced • 1 TBS capers, drained • 1 TBS snipped chives
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until thoroughly mixed, but not liquefied.
For best results, chill the mixture before serving. Yields about 2 cups of tartar sauce.
