Seafood Shipping Information and Rates

All our seafood is shipped overnight if ordered before 10 am EST Mon- Thurs. Orders placed after 10 am EST will be delivered 2 days from order date. Orders placed Fri-Sun will be delivered on Tueday. If you'd like your seafood to arrive on a certain date, please specify during check out. Saturday Deliveries are available in most areas by DHL,UPS or FEDEX for an additional $15.00 fee.

iSeafood.com has a special contract with Federal Express and UPS which allows us to ship these big insulated cartons at a reasonable rate. UPS or Federal Express will deliver your lobsters to your door between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We recommend someone be home to receive the package. We have waived the signature required on all orders and will not be held responsible if no one is home and the package is left unattended. Seafood left outside the door for an extended period or improperly handled/stored of lobsters will not survive.

All damage claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 1-877-266-8041 (toll free) No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery.

Shipping Costs

All Lobster shipping costs are included in the price of the lobster. No shipping charges will be added durning check out when ordering only lobster.

All our prices are available online for your convenience. Federal Express and UPS charge an additional $15 for a Saturday delivery. Delivery may not be available in all areas. iSeafood.com will call you if there is a problem with Saturday delivery in your area or if your package requires additional shipping costs due to the location.

We are unable to deliver food packages to PO boxes, FPO’s or APO’s.

Orders’ shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional $15 flat charge and can only be delivered Tuesday through Friday. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii vary in availability. Please call us first to make sure it is a deliverable location.

Holiday Deadlines

For your order to arrive in time please place your order by December 17th for Christmas and December 21st for New Years. Note holiday deliveries do not proccess overnight, when placing holiday orders please specify desired delivery date, and we will contact you and let you know if that delivery date is available.

Major holidays and weather conditions may change delivery availability. Call early to place a Christmas Week, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day order.
